Located in the Burgos city center historical preservation area, an old two-storey building was demolished and we replaced it by higher more efficient structure. It hosts one apartment per level and a retail unit at street and underground levels. The focus of the facade is on the coloured vertical windows frames, which introduce a contemporary element in the historic  city fabric of Burgos.
